Abstract

Develop system-relevant human performance and human-system interaction requirements for inclusion early in acquisition to ensure that human-system capabilities and limitations are properly reflected and that their associated cost, benefits, and risks are considered during analysis of alternatives when making trade-offs among effectiveness, suitability, and life-cycle costs.
