Logistics Data Access and Information Sharing
Abstract
Numerous electronic information technology (IT) systems exist that contain logistics data and information. Very often that data/information can be difficult to: 1) access by individual users, and 2) share between other IT systems. The lack of access and sharing results in inefficient processes and manual work-arounds which impede performance and increase cost.
