Modular Integrated Kitchen System (MIKS)
Abstract
Design a standardized mounting system for all Galley equipment to significantly reduce technical labor skills required to complete deck modifications. MIKS will standardize electrical and water requirements, enhance procurement options, decrease O&S costs, and increase the speed of installing new technologies into the Galley/Scullery areas.
