Objective Pilotage for Utility and Lift (OPUL)
Abstract
This effort develops, integrates, tests, and demonstrates a sensor suite that provides multi-pilot helicopters and crews simultaneous multi-user, wide field of regard imagery of the immediate surroundings. The OPUL system is designed for pilotage and navigation, providing advanced sensors for improved image quality under degraded and brown out conditions.
