Emerging Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR Requirements)
Abstract
- Modify operational Logistics software systems to incorporate emerging FIAR requirements. These requirements are the result of on-going analysis of the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) Bluebook which publishes changes approximately two times each year. The results are identified and documented systems deficiencies that can only be satisfied via a material solution.
