Lead Free Ammo - Propellant Optimization
Abstract
Develop optimized Ball Powder (c) for reduced muzzle signature, fouling and chamber pressure. Optimized propellant will have equivalent or superior performance at higher degree of reliability. Cartridges containing alternate flash suppressants and deterrents will be manufactured and tested to determine optimum propellant composition.
