Improved Drive Train (IDT)
Abstract
This effort addresses O&S cost reduction while simultaneously re-qualifying the combining, forward, and aft transmissions to a higher power level to maximize engine power available at sea-level conditions. Funding completes PDR and begins preparation for Critical Design Review (CDR) effort.
