Abstract

Funds the development of IO, Cyber and IOI capabilities and capacity to support COCOMs and Services executing operations during current and future conflicts. Supports the development of IO, Cyber and IOI capabilities, particularly critical emerging IO abd Cyber needs that support IO/Cyber planners and operators.
