Explosive and Munitions Tests
Abstract
Testing aimed at solving practical problems and increasing predictability of the effects of explosions and impacts on people, materials and structures. Additionally, testing provides data on the interaction of explosives in various configurations. Testing results are used to improve predictability of effects from explosive incidents and improve criteria to protect people, structures and the environment from the damaging effects of DoD munitions.
