Abstract
Develop and assess optical network technologies for application in the space environment, including existing and emerging modulation schemes and protocols, for use in space-based optical networks and develop flight ready systems consisting of high capacity RF and optical components and architectures for next generation platform communications for avionics and satellite systems and wireless in-flight communications systems.
