Defense Installation Access Control (DIAC)
Abstract
DIAC will develop an identity management enterprise service's architecture that will provide timely, accurate, and actionable information to support the installation access control decision-making process based on authoritative data sources such as the National Crime Information Center and Terrorist Screening Database in order to initially and continuously vet all personnel prior to entry to DoD installations worldwide.
