Acquisition Strategy and Source Selection

Abstract

In accordance with these concept and architecture studies, ESS is conducting market research and working with AFSPC to define system requirements in support of acquisition strategy development. Increase in program office support for developing documentation and planning for activities leading up to and including a draft and final Request for Proposal (RFP) release and source selection.
