RT: Target Assessment Technologies
Abstract
Project RT (Target Assessment Technologies) provides the Combatant Commands and the Intelligence Community with technologies and processes to find and characterize WMD targets and hard and deeply buried targets (HDBTs) and then assess the results of attacks against those targets.
