5) Chemical Diagnostics
Abstract
Focuses on state-of-the-art laboratory/fieldable methods that detect exposure to chemical warfare agents (CWA) (e.g., nerve agents and vesicants) in clinical samples. It also targets the identification of biomolecular targets that can be leveraged as analytical methodologies, as well as laboratory and animal studies characterizing time-course and longevity of a particular analyte/biomarker. NOTE: Starting in FY17, program will be moved to TM3 - Diagnostics.
