Viral Threats Research
Abstract
Discover and identify new antigens, virulence factors and adjuvants that will lead to the development of effective vaccines against hemorrhagic fever viruses (e.g. dengue and Hantaviruses). Identify approaches to develop multivalent vaccines that achieve protective efficacy across all dengue serotypes, and discover and identify correlates of protection from viral diseases in animal models and in humans.
