Program Planning & Operations
Abstract
Program Planning and Operations provides for government management of the Targets program. Included in this effort is program and business management, program administration, technical and testing oversight, verification of hardware and software development, government manpower and infrastructure to develop, test and sustain the BMDS Targets Program Office system and components. Other Government Agency and Federally Funded Research and Development Research Centers are used for highly specialized skill sets not available internal to Targets for specific time periods.
