NSSL Enabling Investments
Abstract
Enabling Investments are a continuous portfolio of RDT&E projects that will increase U.S. space dominance through the end of the decade and beyond. The portfolio consists of multiple public-private partnerships to develop technologies for space access, mobility, and logistics (SAML). Examples include, but are not limited to, orbital transfer, on-orbit servicing, digital engineering, and novel on-orbit propulsion technologies.
