Open Source Data Analysis and Applications Focus Area
Abstract
Open Source Data Analysis and Applications projects include the development of capabilities, software, and tools to analyze open source information. The data can be structured or unstructured and will include inputs from a broad spectrum of sources. Technologies developed within this focus area will reduce cost and manpower requirements to provide meaningful intelligence in support of Counter-Weapons-of-Mass-Destruction and Counter-Improvised-Explosive-Device missions.
