Abstract
Integrate the Army's new Modular Appliance Burner and modular appliances into the Containerized Kitchen Platform. Replacing the open combustion appliances on the CK eliminates a key safety issue and the modular appliances are 20-40% more fuel efficient. Sharing the modular concept across all Army Field Feeding Platforms cuts the life cycle support costs significantly.
