Abstract
AAV Upgrade will improve the legacy AAV and extend its service life until its replacement is fielded. Capability improvements include improved belly protection, integrated blast mitigating seats, integrated spall liners, protected fuel, sponson armor, and selected improvements for water and land mobility.
