Advanced Micro and Nano Devices
Abstract
This effort designs and evaluates micro and nanotechnology components for multifunctional and integrated radio frequency (RF) applications, microrobotics, integrated energetics, control sensor interfaces and sensors for improved battlefield awareness. Work being accomplished under PE 0601102A /project H47 compliments this effort.
