SWAFS SNFT AFRL AoA to upgrade software allowing use of model algorithms that utilize sensor packages on the Constellation Observing System to monitor Meteorology, Ionosphere, and Climate (COSMIC II) to understand space environment conditions affecting satellites and communications.
