Abstract
This project funds development of military capabilities that reduce acquisition or life-cycle costs; addresses technical risks; improves the timeliness and thoroughness of test and evaluation outcomes; rapidly implements technologies that directly support defense; and supports transition of these capabilities to the warfighter.
