Abstract
This project’s activities will mature and evaluate quantifiable microelectronics access and assurance technologies and techniques through efforts that may include the conduct of studies and Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) and other efforts to coordinate research programs across USG R&D organizations, academia, and industry.
