USMIRS Technical Upgrade

Abstract

Requested funding provides for: Technical refresh of core USMIRS functionality led by the Defense Digital Service (DDS). This funding also covers follow on contracts to finish the core refresh of the system after the DDS effort concludes. This funding will also migrate the system into the cloud environment.
