Single Integrated Operational Plan (SIOP) Targeting Applications Computer System (STACS)
Abstract
Design and develop a replacement for the STACS hardware, software and tape cartridge media which are becoming obsolete and unsupportable. STACS will provide new targeting computer equipment and software, and CD media for data import and export. STACS enables USSTRATCOM required Operations Plan (OPLAN) changes and updates to ICBM missile wings for execution.
