Cross-Command Collaboration Effort (3CE)
Abstract
The 3CE is a systems-engineering approach to manangement of a program's life cycle that (1) identifies, integrates and maintains a core set of M&S tools, data and business processes and (2) provides interoperable connectivity by linking participating organizations through a common environment that contrains the aforementioned elements.
