Classified Data At Rest (CDAR)
Abstract
CDAR plans to develop and procure an NSA approved modernized cryptographic solution(s) for use in ISR, C2, and EW platforms exposed to hostile/uncontrolled environments. The enterprise cryptographic solution will encrypt/decrypt Top Secret and Below (TSAB) data at rest residing in a variety of data storage environments.
