Advanced Airborne Countermeasures Development
Abstract
This two-year classified effort commenced in FY 2016. It will mature and demonstrate an advanced countermeasure to a new class of missile seeker threats that have expanded spectral and temporal coverage and resolution. Final products of this effort will be integrated into existing countermeasure architectures for effectiveness assessment. Expanding on earlier developmental efforts, the final objective of this effort is to enable the earlier transition of a candidate countermeasure capability to the warfighter.
