Emerging Electronic Devices and Circuits
Abstract
This effort investigates and characterizes emerging electronics such as analog, mixed signal, and millimeter wave. Efforts entail design, fabrication, and analysis of electronic devices and integrated circuits for use in extreme environments necessary for Army applications.
