Abstract

The International Novel Threat Agent Characterization Trials (INTACT) effort is a series of laboratory and field experiments to characterize the properties of emerging chemical threats and assess potential capabilities against those emerging threats in an operationally-realistic manner. INTACT is a collaboration with other CBDP partners, as well as with other nations, under the Chemical Biological Radiological Memorandum of Understanding (CBR MOU).
