Abstract
FY 2019 Accomplishments: 1) Improved high risk vendor identification, integration of defense-wide Government Furnished Property; contract closeout; contract clause execution; oversight of Contracting Officer Representatives and Purchase Card officials. 2) Established capability to define DoD organization hierarchy, track Procurement Administrative Lead Time, and contractors’ authority to access supply authorities and property. 3) Established enterprise-wide capability to track protests as directed in the NDAA, and to store and search Contracting Officer warrants.
