Bacterial Disease Threats
Abstract
This effort selects promising candidate vaccines against each of the three main bacterial causes of diarrheas (E. coli, Campylobacter, and Shigella; that pose significant threat during initial deployments) for testing in human subjects. Data packages are prepared, as required for FDA approval, and testing is conducted in human subjects.
