Abstract
This effort conducts basic studies of mechanisms of tissue growth and traumatic injury to gain an understanding that will assist or facilitate the healing or transplantation process. The focus is placed on severe blast trauma to the limbs, head, face (including eye), and genitalia (organs of reproduction), abdomen and burns.
