Operationally Adaptable Effects
Abstract
Beginning in FY13, this effort utilizes the technologies demonstrated in Scalable Effect Weapons and Munitions System, which ended in FY11, to enable the defeat of a wide range of threats and provide scalable capabilities to engage ground targets and aerial threats, prevent fratricide and minimize collateral damage.
