9) Discovery of Medical Countermeasures Against New and Emerging (DOMANE) - Enhanced Biodefense (ENBD)
Abstract
This effort focuses on Repurposing Existing Therapeutics. It supports DOMANE thrusts like Pathogenesis and Toxicity forecasting using Multi-Organoid Systems PATMOS (PATMOS) prototype develops an advanced-artificial intelligence (AI) assisted multi-organoid system capable of forecasting pathogenesis of viral threats and toxicity of biotoxin threats as well as DOMANE thrusts like Medical Countermeasure Finder (MEDFIND) to a prototype that provides flexible advanced AI-assisted system capable of harnessing repurposed drugs and generate effective therapeutic intervention strategies against viral and biotoxin threats.
