Abstract
Execute urgent needs as identified by USSTRATCOM. Integrate space rapid capabilities and concepts, including resiliency, into operations plans of the combatant commands, tactics, techniques and procedures of the military departments, and exercises, demonstrations, and war games. Develop the Space RCO Solar Power project to collect solar energy and provide uninterrupted, assured, and logistically agile power to expeditionary forces operating in unimproved areas such as forward operating bases.
