Abstract
Funding provided will support research and development efforts designed to enhance the scalability, performance, and reliability of the platform. These requirements will include design, enablement services, security, services necessary for continuous authority to operate (cATO), engineering, network and platform architecture, reliability testing, prototyping efforts to increase platform, communications, and network capabilities, data science, data engineering, reinforcement learning, machine learning, artificial intelligence, product and program management services.
