Urban Characterization Focus Areas (FY 2013 New Start Focal Area Plans)
Abstract
Focal area for FY 2013 Urban Characterization projects will identify, analyze, and describe typical urban areas for modeling, simulation, and planning purposes. These efforts will inform and enable development of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), electronic warfare, kinetic and other capabilities needed for future military operations in a wide range of urban areas.
