Defense Critical Electric Infrastructure (DCEI)
Abstract
Provide electric power analysis and characterization of defense installations at the request of senior leaders engaged with energy security and resilience efforts for national security with interagency representatives from industry utilities, DHS, and DoE. The Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy (OUSD-P) Mission Assurance Directorate and the Joint Staff will provide oversight to A40 for funding that will be used for infrastructure analysis, assessment, and research required in support of Mission Assurance and Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI) programs at the Joint Staff and OUSD (P).
