Abstract

The Counterintelligence Program detects, exploits or neutralizes espionage, foreign intelligence collection activities and terrorist activities conducted for or on behalf of foreign powers, organizations, persons, or their agents directed against U.S. national security interests, or DoD/MDA and its personnel, information, material, facilities, and activities.
