CyberPhantom
Abstract
The effort is focused on the development of fully customizable cyber tools for open network exploitation. The solution leverages best practices of the U.S. Government’s cyber workforce and expands the capability of the DoD to operate in cyber space with a unique blend of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software integrated with new customized tools.
