Abstract

This funding supports the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) operations for WSTC and YTC. Funding supports manpower and contracts, support equipment and associated costs specifically identified and measurable to plan, manage, coordinate, and execute Communication, Network, and Information Technology Services Management.
