Abstract
Provide and sustains innovative technologies and programs that enhance the effectiveness of training and education at home stations. Innovative technologies incorporate high-fidelity training environments with enhanced battlefield realism including exposure to operational complexities and mental and physical stressors that challenge tactical, moral, and ethical decision making. Develops small unit leader decision making and hone small unit collective skills in realistic, replicative, and rapidly repeatable venues. Ensures Marines first encounter their tactical and ethical dilemmas in a simulated battlefield rather than actual combat.
