Foliage Penetration Reconnaissance, Surveillance, Tracking and Engagement Radar (FORESTER) Enterprise-Based Exploitation (FEBE)
Abstract
The objective of the FEBE effort was to rapidly develop and demonstrate an automated exploitation tool that processes detections from the FORESTER radar and automatically detects activity, suppresses persistent false alarms and discriminates between people and wildlife.
