Development, integration and modernization of DMLSS modules. FY 2012 includes funding for Patient Movement Item Tracking System (PMITS) The Patient Movement Items (PMI) program calls for a designated pool of medical equipment that is necessary to support a patient during the aero-medical evacuation (AE) process. PMITS consists of an integrated network of distribution sites to have an automated system that would track and manage this inventory
