Defense against Rockets, Artillery, and Mortars (RAM)
Abstract
This effort demonstrates an integrated launch system capable of 360 degree hemispherical protection from RAM threats. This effort is complementary to Enhanced Precision Interceptor Technology and Technical Fire Control Technology. Beginning in FY12, this effort will be captured in the Guided Interceptor Technology for Defense against RAM and Hit-to-Kill Interceptor Technology for Defense against RAM efforts.
