BT3 Common Operating Environment
Abstract
This funding is used to identify and acquire technologies to address gaps associated with LOE 2, Common Operating Environment (COE), in the overall Integrated Network. This LOE creates an approved set of standards, computing technologies, integrated data and databases and common graphics and a unified set of mission command applications. It will also support collaboration using a common picture with joint and coalition mission partners. This LOE delivers an integrated body of requirements that meet operational needs. The decisive action within this LOE is informing the next version of COE in FY 2021.
