Provide Army Funding Support for Federal Laboratory Consortium as Required by Public Law 104-113
Abstract
Public Law 104-113 requires the Army to provide funding for the federal laboratory consortium which is a network of federal agencies that provide a platform where technologies can be strengthened and promoted to return dividends to our economy. Beginning in Fiscal Year 2020, funding for the Federal Laboratory Consortium has been realigned to Project 727.
