Convergent Networking and CEMA Effects

Abstract

This effort investigates techniques and develops methods for combining the physical (Radio Frequency) and network (cyber) layers for enhanced effects when coupled with electromagnetic technical effects. Research also investigates methods of adaptive networking using unconventional communication channels and active tactical cyber defense methods to anticipate adversarial activities and effective responses.
